The Organizational Survey quantifies the thoughts and feelings of the respondents from all levels within the organization. The report indicates present level of organizational performance of the various areas within the organization. The reportĀ is not meant to be all encompassing of all aspects within the organization, but rather it is meant to identify key issues that are needed to help to strengthen the organization. Utilizing a five point rating scale and explanations of ratings, thirty-five questions identify the personal thoughts, feelings, and observations of the respondents. In addition, four questions soliciting narrative answers are included, and responses are included in the report.
